TORLAK's business success is based on the production of quality vaccines, sera, immunobiological and diagnostic preparations, food supplements, and medical devices, which are completely in compliance with customers' requirements, current regulations and technical standards.

TORLAK's strategic goals are:

TORLAK achieves its established strategic goals by maintaining effectiveness, implementing and constantly improving the efficiency of our Quality and Environmental Management System in compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, ISO 9001:2008, food supplements safety management system as an integral part of the QMS in compliance with the SRPS ISO 22000:2007 requirements, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 14001:2004, which includes the following:
  • Determining and fulfilling customers' requirements to meet their satisfaction
  • Leading management role in all QEMS processes
  • Exploiting the work potential of each employee
  • Active participation of all employees in all jobs and activities, being aware of the fact that our organization is as strong as the weakest link in it
  • Establishing and implementing approved procedures with clearly specified jobs and responsibilities
  • Planning, implementing, reviewing and auditing all QEMS processes
  • Maintaining effectiveness and constant improvement of products, processes and QEMS efficiency
  • Managing all QEMS processes based on the collected and analysed data and information, including complaints from the interested parties about the environmental aspects
  • Providing better working conditions and social stability to the employees
  • Clearly and correctly defined relations with suppliers
  • Effective exchange of information on product safety throughout the organisation and with suppliers, customers, users, government bodies and other relevant agents
All employees, starting from the top management, in the work system organized according to the GMP requirements, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2007, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 14001:2004 shall follow and implement the stated principles in their day-to-day work, aware that our business success depends only on us.
